50 states survey of insurance statutes and case law for a Fortune 100 insurance firm
Scope of work - As insurance statutes vary by state and county, our client requested a nationwide survey of specific statues and relevant case law in order to ensure and maintain compliance.
Task performed -We researched various insurance statues across ten different industries in all fifty states. We maintained constant communication with the client through a project manager.
