50 States survey of Insurance statutes and case law for a Fortune 100 US Insurance firm
Scope of work - We were asked by the client to survey certain insurance statues in all 50 states and find some relevant case law. The background is that, insurance statues differ by each county and state and the insurance provider wanted to be compliant with the most recent update.
Task performed -Researched several insurance statues in 10 different industries across 50 states using Lexis and other search databases. Maintained communication with the client through a project manager.
Result - Savings of more than 30% for the client and satisfaction with the effective project management.
