Preparation of H-1B documents for foreign employees of an IT services firm
Scope of work - To assist in the preparation of H-1B documents for foreign employees of an information technology services firm.
Task performed - Initially, we secured degree evaluations and background checks of candidates applying for the temporary worker visa. Our trained staff of immigration professionals assisted in preparing and compiling all the necessary documents according to USCIS guidelines. The client provided documentation and datasheets on individual H-1B applicants. Each case was reviewed by an immigration specialist before the petition was sent for filing. Electronic copies of the H-1B application were sent to the client for filing purposes.
Result - We reduced turnaround time by 50% and provided significant cost savings.
