Scope of work - To review and summarize 300,000 documents over a period of 6 months. Team of 10 attorneys with one project manager and two quality check professionals were required by the client.
Task performed - To look for evidence that the drug in question was marketed for purposes other than what it was approved for by the FDA. Our diligent and detail oriented approach found several pieces of evidence which were later used in the litigation by the client.
Result - We saved $1.5M and identified evidence during the discovery process which itself was worth millions of dollars.
