Scope of work - To review and summarize 300,000 documents within a deadline of six months to find evidence that the drug in question was marketed for purposes outside the scope approved by the FDA.
Task performed - We assembled a team of ten attorneys with a project manager and two quality check professionals as required by the client. Our approach located several pieces of evidence which were later used by the client in the course of litigation.
Result - Our diligent and detail oriented approach unearthed evidence used in the litigation by the law firm, ultimately saving our client $1,500,000.
