Litigation support for large product liability class action suit
Scope of work - To assemble a team of 10 attorneys to document the class action fact sheet and review the fact sheets and claims online to identify potential liability for the law firm client. Project manager with subject matter expertise in class actions was required to lead, quality check and train.
Task performed - We suggested an online review platform and reviewed the fact sheets online to document 100,000 class action fact sheets.
Result - Saved the law firm and the law firm client $1.2M.
