Research on Edgar database for Stock and Bond covenants
Scope of work - To research, identify, and document the relevant covenants for stock and bond for Fortune 1000 companies.
Task performed - Access the Edgar, SEC and other databases to find the relevant stock and bond financial statements and covenants. Collect the information in a spreadsheet, along with relevant financial information, prospectus, indenture, registration statement etc.
Result - We were able to learn the process and do the required training and knowledge transfer in the first month. Thereafter, the client has been saving on a monthly basis. The research is submitted on a weekly basis for a set number of hours per week. We provided the client with the flexibility of ‘on demand’ and our know how on how to setup an outsourcing process with almost no infrastructure and fixed cost.
