Research on advanced databases to locate stock and bond covenants
Scope of work - To research, identify, and document the relevant covenants related to equities of Fortune 1000 companies.
Task performed - – We accessed the Edgar, SEC and other databases to obtain the relevant stock and bond financial statements and covenants. We provided the required relevant financial information, including the entity’s prospectus, indenture and registration statement.
Result -After completing the requisite training and knowledge transfer in less than one week, we provided the client with on demand flexibility and our experience designing outsourcing processes with almost no infrastructure at a fixed cost based on a set number of hours of research each week.
