Legal research for a real estate law database firm
Scope of work - Research relevant real estate law and update the database. Research and provide answers to question from clients of the firm.
Task performed - Research real estate case law, statutes, city and state codes for updating the law on topics like sublet, buyer discrimination, property damage, elderly community, age restrictions, condominium law, record management etc.
Result - Client came to us as they faced the problem that they did not know the volume they are going to receive from their clients on week-by-week basis. As we were able to scale up and scale down as per the demand from the client’s client, it was a success. Some weeks the client had 50 research assignments and other weeks they had 100 research tasks. Client saved a bundle and expressed satisfaction with delivery.
