Document review of technology related intellectual property documents for a merchant bank
Scope of work -
To document the findings of intellectual property documents, rate them according to the client’s established eight point relevancy criteria and summarize the critical findings for our clients so they could focus on case preparation and patent valuation.
Task performed -
We documented our feedback in an extensive spreadsheet with a summary of the relevant legal analysis, the identification of patent related issues, the technology at issue, the title of the document and the relevancy to established criteria including licensing, the dollar value at stake and the technology involved.
Result -
Our client’s productivity and on-time delivery were significantly increased while reducing 40% of the overall cost of intellectual property valuation.
