Document review of technology related intellectual property documents for merchant bank
Scope of work -
To document the findings of the intellectual property documents, rate them according to pre-established eight point relevancy criteria, and summarize the critical findings for the lawyers for case preparation and valuation of patents.
Task performed -
The feedback to client is documented in the form of an Excel spreadsheet with summary legal analysis, identification of patent related issues, the technology in question, title of document, and relevancy to established criteria including licensing, dollar value at stake, technology under question etc.
Result -
Achieved productivity and much needed on-time delivery while reducing 40% of the overall cost for intellectual property valuation.
