Legal research and summarizing for expert witness firm
Scope of work -
To research, analyze, document and summarize the court docket sheets on expert testimony.
Task performed -
Access the court docket sheets and research the information on expert witness (Daubert activity) including defense and plaintiff arguments, decision of the jury and if the testimony was admissable in the court. Thereafter access the proprietary expert witness database and document the legal analysis on that witness into the expert database along with some other parameters.
Result -
The challenge was to assemble a team of lawyers with good analytical and critical reasoning skills. Lawwave’s US lawyers provided the necessary training. Lawwave has been able to save 50% of the cost and add productivity (compress the timeline by half) to the business on a per month operating cycle.
