Scope of work -
The client was a large software services and information technology consulting firm that required us to review incoming consulting and software development contracts and provide advice from a contractual and business situation perspective.
Task performed -
Based on a glossary of relevant contractual terms, including intellectual property rights, non-solicitation and non-disclosure, we analyzed third party contracts including software licenses, maintenances and consulting agreements for renewal, termination and liability.
Result -
We achieved cost efficiencies for our client and provided a two day turnaround on most reviews. We also provided expert U.S. contract attorney advice when required. Our efforts resulted in a monthly savings in excess of 50% for our client.
